Hassle-free URL response checking with ping.accentinteractive.nl

I got tired of having to use five different tools to check the response for a single URL. So I created a URl checker. Basically to scratch my own itch, but you might like it, too. It's a hassle-free URL and HTTP response check. 

How does it work?

  1. Go to https://ping.accentinteractive.nl/
  2. Type in the URL you want to check
  3. Type Enter

What does it check on the URL?

ping.accentinteractive.nl provides an overview of the following points.

  • TTFB response time
  • Number of redirect hops
  • Server IP address
  • HTTP status code
  • Content size
  • HTTP protocol (e.g. HTTP/2)
  • Server headers
  • Meta title & meta description
  • H1, H2, H3
  • Canonical
  • Viewport tag
  • Hreflangs
  • LD+JSON
  • Raw HTML Content (optional)

  2. Type --help
  3. Type Enter

Example options

  • www.joostvanveen.com follows redirects and pings https://joostvanveen.com
  • www.joostvanveen.com --nofollow does NOT follow the redirects and returns the response and 301 status code for the exact URL
  • joostvanveen.com --content returns the raw HTML for https://joostvanveen.com
